Exchange/Return Policy

  We take the utmost pride in all our merchandise and ensure that a thorough inspection is done on all items before they are shipped. In the event that our customers are not satisfied with their purchase 48 hours is given to contact us at orders@ntrovertedxpressions.com to receive return approval from a representative for store credit. If approved the item(s) must be returned back to us within 5 days to  receive approval. The customer is responsible for return shipping of the item and it must be returned in its original packaging, unworn, with no other evidence of wear and tear i.e odors, stains, snags, etc. Please allow up to 72 hours to process store credit once we receive the item(s). If it doesn't met the above requirements your return request will be denied and credit will be denied for the item(s). Once this process is completed an email with the store credit number and details on how to use it will be sent.
  If a customer would like to exchange for a different item it is strongly encouraged to order the item needed to ensure that the size is available.
Once completed please email a representative at exchangerequest@ntrovertedxpressions with order number to notify a representative that a request for  exchange is needed. If a new order was placed for the exchange that order number will also need to be included in the email. Once the request is approved a refund will be sent for the amount of the original item(s) minus the shipping charges after the original item is sent back. The customer responsible for shipping the item back to us. If the customer does not place a new order for the exchange a store credit will be given for the item(s) minus the shipping charges.
If the exchange is for the same item as previously ordered the new item(s) will be shipped once the returned item(s) are received. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the items but will not have pay additional shipping costs for the new items.

 

 Store credits do not expire. An email with your store credit number will be sent to the email address associated with the order. When placing an order contact us directly at orders@ntrovertedxpressions.com with the item(s) that need to be ordered and the store credit number that was sent to your email. If there is a balance that is owed an invoice will be sent for immediate payment. If there is a remaining credit your store credit number will be updated in a new email. It is your responsibility as a customer to keep up with your store credit. All clearance, sale, jewelry, and other accessories are FINAL SALE meaning, they are not returnable nor will exchanges be accepted.
