Do you provide International delivery?

Yes we do! Please contact a representative at info@ntrovertedxpressions.com to receive proper shipping cost prior to ordering.

How do I return an item?

Do store credits expire?

No, store credits do not expire. An email with your store credit number will be sent to customer's email once return/exchange process is completed. Please refer to Return/Exchanges Policy tab for more detailed information.

How do I track my order?

Customers will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information once the order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the USPS to provide accurate tracking information on your package.

What mail carrier will be used for shipping?

All orders through Ntroverted Xpressions will be sent via the United States Postal Service.

What are your delivery options?

Once an order is processed (typically takes 24-48 hours) it will be shipped via USPS Priority will take approximately 3-5 business days to arrive to its destination.

For USPS Priority Express shipping (1-2 days) select the additional shipping options on our website and add it to your cart.
